A Note about the "Hybrid" meeting format

As a pilot project, we are offering a "hybrid" format for this conference.  Thus, members will have a choice of attending in-person or virtually through a Zoom webinar.  Members are strongly encouraged to consider attending in-person since a significant aspect of COS is the social interaction among members.  However, if you wish to attend on-line, that option will be available. Each attendee is required to indicate their choice at the time of registration.  Changes will be received only up until 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 8.  Members attending online will be provided a Zoom link by email that is unique to that individual on Friday afternoon,  These deadlines are necessary since we must guarantee our catering order on Friday, and also so we have time to generate and distribute the Zoom links for the virtual meeting.  Thank you for your adherence and understanding.

COVID Policies
We are pleased to be able to return to an in-person meeting format for this conference.  As always, the health and safety of our attendees is a priority.  We will be following the public health guidelines of the Gleacher Center, the City of Chicago and Cook County.  Face masks are not required at this time; however, we certainly encourage the use of masks for those who wish to utilize this measure.  Appropriate social distancing is encouraged.
